Chap. 210.—An ACT authorizing and directing the board of pharmacy to
register C. B. Gibson as a pharmacist, and allowing him to compound and
sell drugs, etc., in Lee county.

Whereas C. B. Gibson, of Lee county, was, prior to the passage of the
act of the general assembly prescribing who should compound and sell
drugs in Virginia, a regular druggist engaged in compounding and selling
drugs and filling ‘prescriptions: and

Whereas said Gibson failed to register under the act aforesaid; there-
fore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That C. RB.
Gibson, of Jonesville, Lee county, Virginia, be, and he i 18 hereby, author-
ized and empowered to compound, s sell, and dispense drugs and medicines
within the said county of Lee.

2. The board of pharmacy of the state of Virginia is hereby authorized
and directed to register the said C. B. Gibson as pharmacist.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
