Chap. 208.—An ACT to authorize Barbour district school board in Orange
county to transfer the sum of five hundred dollars to the county school fund
of said district, and to use said sum for the payment of teachers’ salaries.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the district
hool board of Barbour school district, in the county of Orange, be
thorized and empowered to transfer the sum of five hundred dollars
its surplus district school fund to the county school fund, to be used
r the pay of public free school teachers in said Barbour school district,
id Barbour school district having built and provided a sufficient num-
r of comfortable and commodious school houses for the proper accom-
»dation of the school population of said district, and having the same in
od and proper repair.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
