Chap. 193.—An ACT to ratify and confirm the action of the board of super-
visors of Greenesville county, had on the 2nd day of September, 1899, by
which they declared and made the boundary lines of the lots and tracts of
land in Belfield magisterial district of said county a lawful fence, and to
make said boundary lines a lawful fence, and to declare section 2038 of the
code inoperative as to said district.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the action
of the board of supervisors of Greenesville county, had on the second
day of September, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, by which they
made and declared the boundary lines of the lots and tracts of land in
Belfield magisterial district, Greenesville county, a lawful fence as to all
of the animals mentioned in section two thousand and forty-two of the
code of Virginia be, and the same is hereby, ratified and confirmed; and
be it further enacted that the boundary lines of each lot or tract of land
in Belfield magisterial district, as they are now, or may be hereafter
constituted, be, and the same are hereby, made and declared to be a lawful
fence as to all of the animals mentioned in section two thousand and
forty-two of the code of Virginia; and section two thousand and thirty-
eight of the code of Virginia is hereby made and declared to be inopera-
tive as to said Belfield magisterial district, Greenesville county, Virginia.
2. That this act shall be in force from its passage.
