Chap. 1465.—An ACT for the relief of William H. Woolfolk, a Confederate
soldier.

Whereas William H. Woolfolk, a Confederate soldier, was woundec
in the shoulder at Hatcher’s run, in the war between the states, anc
by reason of said wound has since become partially disabled frox
manual labor and thereby not able to make a support; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That th
auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, authorized and directec
to place the name of William H. Woolfolk on the pension roll o
disabled Confederate soldiers, and to issue his warrant annually fo:
the sum of fifteen dollars in favor of the said William H. Woolfolk fo:
the same: provided, the above named allegations be proved before ths
county court of Bedford and a certificate of the same be sent to th
auditor of public accounts.
2. This act shall be in force on and after the first day of April, nine
teen hundred.
