Chap. 1450.—An ACT for the relief of Solomon M. Mullins.

Whereas Solomon M. Mullins was a true and gallant Confederate
soldier during the war between the states, and is now sulfering from
disease, unable to perform manual labor, poor and needy; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That upon a
certificate from the county court of Dickenson county that the facts
recited in the preamble are true, the auditor of public accounts is
directed to place the name of Solomon M. Mullins upon the pension list,
and pay him annually the sum of fifteen dollars.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
