1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the au
»f public accounts, upon the production of satisfactory evidence
the school warrant of the county of Montgomery for the year cigl
hundred and ninety-eight has been lost or misplaced, and that
amount of said warrant has been paid in full by James C. Haynes, t
urer of said county, upon the orders of the proper authorities, be, an
is hereby, authorized, upon settlement with said Haynes, or his per:
representative, to credit him by the same.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
