Chap. 1381.—An ACT for the relief of Henry A. Hastings, J. B. Enroughty,
disabled Confederate soldiers. '

Whereas Henry A. Hastings, J. B. Enroughty, true and lawful Con-
federate soldiers of Amelia county, have, from disease and old age,
become totally disabled from doing manual labor, and are without
means of support; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That upon
the proof of the alleged facts before the county court of Amelia county,
and certification of the same to the auditor of public accounts, the
names Henry A. Hastings and J. B. Enroughty shall be placed on the
pension rolls of Virginia, as entitled to the operations of said law, and
pay each a pension of fifteen dollars per annum.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
