Chap. 1349.—An ACT for the relief of William B. Helton, a disabled Confed-
erate soldier, of Tazewell county.
Approved March 7, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That William
B. Helton, of Tazewell county, Virginia, shall, on account of wounds
and injuries received while serving in the Confederate army, and the
total disability for manual labor resulting therefrom, be placed on
the pension list of Virginia, upon his making satisfactory proof of these
facts before the county court of Tazewell county, and the auditor
of public accounts be directed to pay him annually the sum of fifteen
dollars.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
