Chap. 1332.—An ACT for the relief of Harry Snow, a disabled Confederate
soldier of Greene county.
Approved March 7, 1900.
Whereas Harry Snow, a disabled Confederate soldier, is suffering
from ——————_, and was a true and gallant soldier during the war,
and was loval to Virginia; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the coneral assembly of Virginia, That the
county court of Greene county shall examine into the condition of the
above-named Harry Snow, a Confederate soldier, and should it be
found that he was true and Joval to Virginia through the war, and that
he is now afflicted and disabled, and incapacitated for manual labor
by reason of injury, disease, or old age; that he is needy and poor, and
should receive aid from Virginia: and if the county eourt of Greene
shall send a certificate of fact to the auditor of pubhe accounts in Vir-
ginja, then the auditor of public accounts is directed to place the
name of Harry Snow on the pension list, and pay him annually the
sum of fifteen dollars on and after the first day of April, nineteen
hundred.
2. This act shall be enforced from its passage.
