Chap. 1325.—An ACT for the relief of Zebulon Clark, a disabled Confederate
soldier.

Whereas Zebulon Clark, of Lunenburg, was a brave Confederate
soldier, and has sustained an injury which caused the loss of both
hands, and is old and destitute; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That on proof
of the alleged facts before the county court of Lunenburg, the auditor
of public accounts be, and is hereby, directed to enroll the name of
Zebulon Clark, as entitled to a pension of fifteen dollars a year from
April first, nineteen hundred.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
