Chap. 1311.—An ACT for the relief of R. A. Woodward, a disabled Confed-
erate soldier.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts shall place R. A. Woodward on the pension
list as entitled to receive a pension of fifteen dollars a year on account
of being rendered helpless and unable to support himself from disease
and disability contracted in the military service of the Confederate
states during the civil war. But before said R. A. Woodward shall
be entitled to be so listed, he shall establish the above facts by adequate
proof before the county court of James City county and city of Wil-
liamsburg, and file the same with the said auditor of public accounts.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
