Chap. 1294.—An ACT for the relief of Robert L. Taylor, of Caroline county.

Whereas Robert L. Taylor, who was a faithful Confederate soldier in
the thirtieth Virginia regiment, infantry, company H_ is now sixty-
eight years of age, has recently been paralyzed and rendered unable to
earn a livelihood, and he is without means of support. and unless other
wise provided for he must become a charge upon the paupers’ fund of
the county; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of publie accounts do place the said Robert Tu. Tavlor on the
pension rolls, upon the certificate of Caroline county court of the facts
as set forth in the foregoing preamble, and pav him a pension of fifteen
dollars annually from April first, nineteen hundred.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
