Chap. 1217.—An ACT for the relief of Jacob J. Hager, of Bland county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
name of Jacob J. Hager, of Bland county, be placed on the list of dis-
abled Confederate soldiers from Bland county, and be, and he is
hereby, entitled to draw annually out of the public treasury the sum
of fifteen dollars during his natural life: provided, the county court
of Bland county shall certify to the auditor of public accounts, that the
evidence shows that said Jacob J. Hager is, under the law, entitled to
such pension.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
