Chap. 1205.—An ACT for the relief of W. T. Spencer, a disabled Confederate
soldier.

Whereas W. T. Spencer, of Nelson county, Virginia, a Confederate
soldier m the late war, and a member of company G, nineteenth Virginia
reviment, was so severely wounded at the battle of Seven Pines as to
unfit him for manual labor, he having by said wound lost. the entire use
vf one arm and hand; the pefure,
Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, that upon the
above facts being proved before the county court of Nelson county and
the same being certified to the auditor of public accounts, he shall there-
upon draw his warrant in favor of W. T. Spencer for fifteen dollars per
annum.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
