the late war between the states and was a member of the second Virginia

of these facts before the corporation court of Lynchburg, Virginia, and
the certificate of the judge thereof to the auditor of the state, that the
auditor of the state be directed, and is hereby authorized, to place Robert
B. Stratton upon the pension rolls of this state and pay him annually
the sum of fifteen dollars.
2. This act shall be in force on and after April first, nineteen hundred.
