Chap. 119.—An ACT to authorize and empower the trustees of Clintwood
Primitive Baptist church to sell and convey a lot of land.

Re it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That J. F. Trivett.
Charles Turner, and Isane NWilgore, trus tees of the Clintwood Primitive
Baptis t church, in Dickenson county, Virginia, be, and they are hereby.
authorized and empowered to sell and convey the lot on George’s fork.
in said county, which was deeded to them as trustees of said church by
Welburn Phipps, and invest the proceeds in the erection of a church
house on another Jot which has been purehased by said trustees on
Geokne’s fork, near the lot herein authorized to be sold.

. This act shall be in force from its passage.
