Chap. 1150.—An ACT to allow the board of supervisors of the county of
Cumberland and the board of supervisors of the county of Powhatan to
increase the salary of the judge of the county court of said counties.
Approved March 7, 1900.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the board
of supervisors of the county of Cumberland shall have the right to
increase the salary of the judge of the county court of said county to an
amount not to exceed three hundred and fifty dollars per annum, to be
paid out of the treasury of said county; and that the board of supervisors
of the county of Powhatan shall have the right to increase the salary of
the judge of ‘the county court of said county. to an amount not to exceed
three hundred and fifty dollars per annum, to be paid out of the treasury
of the said county.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
