Chap. 112.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3073 of the code in
relation to the terms of the hustings court of the city of Richmond.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
three thousand and seventy-three of the code of Vi irginia in relation to
the terms of the hustings court for the city of Me hmond be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 3073. Its terms; when to begin; how long to continue; what may
be done at any term.—There sh: all he a term of the said hustings court
held for each month in the year, except the month of August. The
terms for the months of January, February, March, April, May, June,
July, October, November, and December, shall begin on the first Monday
in each of these months, ‘and the term for the month of September shall
begin on the twentieth day of that month. Each term shall continue as
long as the business of the court may require. Any cause or matter
cownizable by the said court may be heard and disposed of at any term
thereof.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
