Chap. 1116.—An ACT to give to the Bath county telephone company certain
additional rights, as provided by sections 1287, 1288, and 1289 of the code
of Virginia, edition of 1887, and subject to the right of repeal, as provided
in section 1290 of said code.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virgimia, That the Bath
uty telephone company, a corporation chartered under the general
ws of Virginia, by the judge of the circuit court of Bath county,
irginia, be, and it is hereby, granted all the rights and privileges pro-
ded for by sections twelve hundred and eighty-sev en, twelve hundred
id eighty -cight, and twelve hundred and eighty nine, of chapter fifty-
ur of the code of Virginia, edition of eighteen hundred and eighty-
ven, subject, however, to the right of repeal, alteration or modification,
3 provided in section twelve hundred and ninety of said chapter fifty-
ur of the code of Virginia, edition of eighteen hundred and eighty-
ven.

2. This act shall be in force froin its passage.
