Chap. 1114.—An ACT to prescribe the times for holding the circuit courts
in the thirteenth judicial circuit.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the circuit
courts for the several counties composing the thirteenth judicial circuit,
shall hereafter be held at the following times—to wit: Rockbridge, en
the first days of March and September; Alleghany, on the twenty-second
days of March and twenty-fifth days of August; Bath, on the twenty-
fifth day of April, and the twenty-first day of September; Highland, on
the third day of May, and the twenty-eighth day of September; Augusta,
on the tenth days of May and November; Rockingham, on the first day
of April, and the tenth day of October; and the city of Buena Vista, on
the fifth days of January and July.
2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby
repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
