Chap. 1113.—An ACT to allow Frank McKay to erect a oyster or guard-
house in Mesango creek, Accomac county, Virginia.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Frank
Meclhay be, and he is hereby authorized and permitted to erect a oyster
or guard-house fronting his land in Mesango creek, Accomac county,
for the protection of his oysters, subject to all the laws of the state
governing all wharves or piers erected on the waters of the common-
wealth: and provided, also, that this act shall at all times be under
control of the general assembly, and be amended or repealed, as may be
deemed proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
