Chap. 1111.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 7 of an act entitled “an
act to incorporate the Falls Church, Fairfax and Manassas railway com-
pany,” approved February 28, 1896, as amended by an act entitled “an act
to amend and re-enact sections 1 and 2 of an act approved February 28,
1898, entitled an act to incorporate the Falls Church, Fairfax and Manassas
railway company.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
-even of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Falls: Church, Fairfax
and Manassas railway company, approv ed February twenty-eighth,
eighteen hundred and ninety-six, as amended by an act entitled an act
to amend and re-enact sections one and seven of an act approved Febru-
ary twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, entitled an act to
incorporate the Falls. Church, Fairfax and Manassas railw av company,
approved February twenty -second, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight,
be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 7. This company shall commence construction of its railroad not
later than January first, nineteen hundred and two, and complete the
construction of its main line not later than January first, nineteen
hundred and seven.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
