Chap. 1106.—An ACT to repeal chapter 230 of acts 1893 and 1894, approved
February 12, 1894, entitled an act to authorize Floyd, Carroll, and Grayson
to vote subscriptions to the Blue Ridge railroad company, in so far as it
applies to Carroll county.

Approved March 7, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chapter
two hundred and thirty of acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-three
and eighteen hundred and ninety-four, in so far as the same applie:
to the county of Carroll, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
