Chap. 108.—An ACT to amend and re-enact chapter 387 of the acts of 1889-90
approved February 23, 1890, entitled an act to increase the salary of the
judge of Tazewell county.

Approved January 22, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That chapte
three hundred and eighty-seven of acts of eighteen hundred and eighty.
nine and ninety, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Tazewell county be, and they are hereby, author
ized, empowered, and directed to increase the salary of the judge o:
the county court of Tazewell county, Virginia, so that the same shal
not be less than seven hundred and fifty dollars, nor more than on
thousand dollars.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
