Chap. 1066.—An ACT for the relief of Lewis B. Dulaney, of Scott county, a
disabled Confederate soldier.

Whereas Lewis B. Dulaney, of Seott county, was a true and gallant
soldier during the war between the states, was loyal to Virginia, was a
member of Colonel Bowen’s command, and served from April, eighteen
hundred and sixty-two, until the close of the war; and
Whereas said Dulaney, from the effects of paralysis, is totally dis-
abled from working and is in entirely destitute circumstances; there-
fore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to place the name of Lewis B. Dulaney, of the county of Scott, on the
list of Confederate soldiers whose disabilities are total, and who are
entitled to receive thirty dollars per vear, pursuant to an act of the
reneral assembly of Virginia, approved March fifth, eighteen hundred
ind eighty-eicht.
2. This act shall be in foree from its passage.
