Chap. 1059.—An ACT for the relief of W. F. Price.

Approved March 7, 1900.

Whereas W. F. Price is a graduate of dental surgery in the dental
department of the Vanderbilt university, and, after his graduation,
removed to the state of South Dakota, and is now a member in good
standing of the dental society of that state: and

Whereas he has practiced his profession for many years in that state.
but desires to return to his native state of Virginia; therefore,

1. Be it enacted bv the general assembly of Virginia, That the
said W. F. Price be allowed to practice the profession of dentistry in
Franklin county Virginia, without being required to stand an exami-
nation before the state board of dental examiners in this state.

2, This act shall be in force from its passage.
