Chap. 1038.—An ACT for the relief of George T. Campbell, a
Confederate soldier.
Approved March 7, 1900.
Whereas George T. Campbell, of Loudoun county, was a t
gallant Confederate soldier, and is now and has been for son
totally incapacitated from rheumatism by reason of said serv
is dependent upon the public for support; and
Whereas the said George T. Campbell is poor and needy, an
citizen of this state at the time he enlisted, and now resides
therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of. Virginia, Th
proof of the foregoing facts before the county court of Loudow
and the certificate of the same to the auditor, he shall p
name of the said George T. Campbell upon the pension roll of t
and pay him annually the sum of thirty dollars.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
