Chap. 1034.—An ACT for the relief of W. B. Meggin
’ veteran.

Whereas W. B. Megginson, of Appomattox count
federate veteran, lost his health in the late war be
reason of exposure in the service of the Confedera
reason thereof, unable to perform labor and supp
fore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of —
auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, auth
to place the name of the said W. B. Megginson up
of Confederate Virginia soldiers, he to receive an
fifteen dollars from the public treasury: provided, t!
alleged shall be proven before the county court of J
and certified to the said auditor.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
