Chap. 1027.—An ACT for the relief of James White, a disabled Confederate
soldier.

county court of Mathews county shall inquire into the condition of
said James White and it appears that the facts are as hereinbefore
alleged and that he is deserving of aid from Virginia; and if the said
court shall certify the facts to the auditor of public accounts, there-
upon said auditor is directed to place the name of said James White
as so certified, on the pension list and to pay him annually the sum
of fifteen dollars on and after the first day of April, nineteen hundred.
