Chap. 1014.—An act to amend and re-enact section two of an act entitled
an act to incorporate the Point Comfort Beach railway company, in effect
January 31, 1898.

Approved March 6, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
two of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Point Comfort beach
railway company, in effect January thirty-first, eighteen hundred and
ninety-eight, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

$2. The capital stock of the said company shall be not less than fifty
thousand dollars nor more than five hundred thousand dollars, to be
divided into shares of one hundred dollars each.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
