Chap. 937.—An ACT to relieve Martin Weisor, of Wythe county.

Whereas Martin Weisor, of Wythe county, served. in the late war,
and was wounded through the arm, and since then the said arm has
been alinost, if not entirely useless, so that he is hob in a condition to
support himself: therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the audi-
tor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, directed to list Martin
Weisor to receive a pension of fifteen dollars a year as long as he lives:
provided, it is first proven before the county court that the facts herein
set forth are true, and that the said Martin Weisor is now in poor and
needy circumstances, and the certificate of the finding of said court is
to be certified to the auditor of public accounts.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
