Chap. 642.—An ACT to repeal section 493 of the code of Virginia in relation tc
certain furms to be furnished clerks of courts and filed by them under oath.

Approved February 24, 1898.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sectior
four hundred and ninety-three of the code of Virginia be, and the same
is herebv, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
