Chap. 356.—An ACT to allow James Barkley, of Norfolk, Virginia, to practice
veterinary medicine and surgery in the state of Virginia.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That James

sarklev, of Norfolk, Virginia, be, and is hereby, permitted to practice
veterinary medicine and surgery in the state of Virginia without the ex-
annnation required by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
