Chap. 329.—An ACT to prohibit hogs from running at large in the county of
Warren.

In force February 14, 1898.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall be

unlawful for anv_hog or. hogs or awine to rnin at Jarce in the eonnty af
Warren, and the owner or owners of such animals who shall intention-
ally permit such animals to run at large, as above-mentioned, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before any Jus-
tice of the peace, shall be fined not less than one nor more than five
dollars for each offence.

2. This act shall take effect from and after the first day of June, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-eight.
