Chap. 21.—An ACT for the relief of W. O. Yager, late treasurer of Page county,
and his deputies.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That W. O.
Yager, late treasurer of Page county, and N. G. Sedwick, B. F. Strick-
ler, and C. J. Phillips, be allowed the further time of one year from the
passage of this act within which to distrain, levy, and collect any uncol-
lected taxes in their hands, not returned delinquent, for which the said
late treasurer has accounted to the auditor and the authorities of said
county for the years eighteen hundred and ninety-one, and eighteen
hundred and ninety-two, and eighteen hundred and ninety-three, and
eighteen hundred and ninety-four.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
