Chap. 1005.—An ACT for the relief of H.C. Moore, of Scott county.

Whereas IT. C. Moore, of Seott county, wasa practicing dentist in this
state for some time prior to January first, eighteen hundred and ninety,
but on said date was temporarily outof active practice, but now wishes to
resume the active practice of his profession in this state: therefore,

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Doctor H.
C. Moore, of Seott county, be, and he is hereby, eranted the same rivhts
and privileges as those persons inthe active practice of dentistry in this
state on January first, eighteen hundred and ninety, subject to the re-
quirements of section +e venteen hundred and seventy-four of the code of
Virginia.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
