Chap. 814.—An ACT to place H. C. Harover, of Prince William county, on th
pension list of the state of Virginia.

Approved March 4, 1896.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That H. C
Harover, of Prince William county, shall, on account of disabiltie:
incurred by service in the Confederate army, be placed on the pen
sion list of the state of Virginia, commencing January first, eighteer
hundred and ninety-six, and the auditor of public accounts i:
directed to pay him annually the sum of thirty dollars out of any
money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
