Chap. 438.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Bath county in
their discretion to levy a tax not exceeding twenty cents on the taxable
value of said county for county school purposes.

Approved February 26, 1896.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Bath county may, in their discretion, levy a
tax not exceading twenty cents on the one hundred dollars of the
taxable value of said county to be used for county school purposes.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
