Chap. 415.—An ACT to allow Harvey Terry and Lucius Burke, deputies
Robert 8S. Ryland, late treasurer of King William county, one year lon
from the passage of this bill to collect tax-tickets in their hands for
years 1891, 1892, 1893, and 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Harv
Terry and Lucius C. Burke, deputies of Robert S. Ryland, late tr
surer of King William county, be, and they are hereby, allowed
year longer from the passage of this act to collect tax-tickets |
returned delinquent nor insolvent, for which they have accounted.
their hands for the years eighteen hundred and ninety-one, eighte
hundred and ninety-two, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, a
eighteen hundred and ninety-four; but nothing in this act shall
construed to permit said deputies to collect any tax-tickets for a
years previous to the year eighteen hundred and ninety-one.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
