Chap. 302.—An ACT to define a lawful fence for the county of Princess Anne.

Approved February 12, 1896.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That within
he county of Princess Anne the boundary lines of lots or tracts of
and shall be, and is hereby, declared to be a lawful fence, and all
nimals going at large in said county shall be subject to provisions
f sections two thousand and forty-two, two thousand and forty-
ine, and two thousand and fifty of the code of Virginia.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
