Chap. 176.—An ACT to repeal an act to authorize the board of school trustees
of the Clintwood district, in Dickenson county, to sell and convey present
public school-house and lot, and to purchase another and to provide for as-
sessing and collecting a tax on said district for said purpose.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
y authorize the board of school trustees of the Clintwood district,
1 Dickenson county, to sell and convey the present public school-
ouse and lot, and to purchase another and to provide for assessing
nd collecting a tax on said district for said purpose, approved March
ighth, gighteen hundred and ninety-four, be, and the same is hereby,
3pealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
