Chap. 97.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the parsonage and church pro-
perty of the Methodist Episcopal church, south, of South Boston, Halifax
county, Virginia, to sell and convey such portion of their parsonage and
church property as they may deem proper.

Approved January 29, 1891.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
trustees of the parsonage and church property of the Methodist Epis-
copal church, south, of South Boston, Halifax county, Virginia, be,
and they are hereby, authorized and empowered to sell and convey
such portion of their parsonage and church property at South Boston
as they may deem proper. °

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
