Chap. 87.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 1 of an act approved March
8, 1892, entitled an act prescribing the terms for the eighteenth judicial cir-
cuit; fixing the times for holding the same, and for an increase of the salary
of the judge thereof.
Approved January 27, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
one of an act approved March third, eighteen hundred and ninety-
two, entitled “an act prescribing the terms for the eighteenth judi-
cial circuit, fixing the times for holding the same, and for an in-
crease of the salary of the judge thereof,” be amended and re-enacted
so a8 to read as follows:
§ 1. That there shall be four terms of the circuit court of the city
of Roanoke and two for the county of Bedford to be held as follows:
For the city of Roanoke, commencing on the second Monday in Jan-
uary, April, July and November of each year. For the county of
Bedford, commencing on the twentieth day of May and the second
Mondesy in October of each year.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
