Chap. 832.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Nottoway county
to increase the salary of the county judge.

Approved March 8, 1804.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of Nottoway county be, and they are hereby,
empowered to increase the salary of the judge of the county court for
said county to a sum not exceeding four hundred and fifty dollars
per annum, which sum shall not be reduced during the term of his
said office; and such increase of salary shall be paid out of the
county levy, as provided by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
