Chap. 824.—An ACT for the relief of Frank Duval and Frank F. Diggs, disa-
bled Confederate soldiers of Mathews county, Virginia.
Approved March 8, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Frank
F. Diggs and Frank Duval, disabled Confederate soldiers of Mathews
county, be placed on the pension list by the auditor of public accounts,
if the county court of Mathews, after examining into the claims of
said persons, shall certify that said parties were Confederate soldiers
and honorably discharged, and their present disabilities arise from
the effects of service in the late war, and that they are totally disa-
bled from manual labor.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
