Chap. 804.—An ACT to provide for the tax assessment on railroads by districts
in the counties of Accomac and Northampton.

Approved March 8, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it
shall be lawful for the counties of Accomac and Northampton, in
imposing its district, school and road tax, to impose the same upon
any of the property of any railroad company according to the rate
of taxation in the several districts in which such railway or rail-
ways is located.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
