Chap. 782.—An ACT to allow the county and city treasurers and deputies of
Roanoke county and city further time to collect certain tax-tickets in their
hands for the years 1890 and 1891.

Approved March 7, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
county and city treasurers and deputies of Roanoke county and city,
in this state, be, and they are hereby, allowed the further time of one
ear from the passage of this act to distrain for and collect all tax-
ickets in their hands for the years eighteen hundred and ninety and
ighteen hundred and ninety-one, and for which they have settled
vith the state and county authorities: provided, however, that none
f said tax-tickets have been returned delinquent or insolvent.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
