Chap. 766.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Nansemon
county, in their discretion, to add to the salary of the judge of said county.

Approved March 7, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That th
board of supervisors of the county of Nansemond be, and they ar
hereby, authorized, in their discretion, to increase the salary of th
judge of the county court of said county to a sum not to exceed eigh
hundred dollars per annum.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby
repealed. “

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
