Chap. 738.—An ACT to place Henry Robinson, a disabled Confederate soldie:
on the pension list.

Whereas Henry Robinson, a Confederate soldier, a private i
Marye’s artillery and a resident of Spotsylvania county, was, by rea
son of service in the army at the battle of Chancellorsville, disable
by hernia to a degree that renders him almost helpless to do manua
labor, which should justly entitle him to a pension: therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That if th
above facts shall be proved and certified to by the county court, ther
the auditor of public accounts is hereby directed to list said Henry
Robinson for the pension of thirty dollars per year.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
