Chap. 706.—An ACT for the relief of Robert K. Burns.
Approved March 6, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts is authorized and instructed to draw his
warrant on the treasury, in favor of Robert K. Burns, for the sum of
thirty-four dollars and twelve cents, in payment of costs and ex-
penses incurred by him in arresting John Heise, a fugitive from jus-
tice, said sum to be payable out of any money in the treasury not
otherwise appropriated.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
